In the center of the Maribor, on Main square 22 (Glavni trg 22), there are spaces in the size of 1000 square meters and owned by the Oset-Puppis family. At the beginning of 2013 this spaces were offered for use to Foundation Sonda. The artistic community and education laboratory began its work and currently it is made out of 11 associations, working in the fields of film, photography, radio, theatre, graphics etc. The former warehouse-factory and the former nightclub were converted into cultural and artistic premises through voluntary work, conceptual inputs and with the support of the city, the state and friends. Recently, they turned the GT22 venue into a virtual space that allows online visitors to see where ‘all the magic’ happens.
