What is Coding da Vinci?

At Coding da Vinci, you develop a project using at least one data set from Coding da Vinci’s data-giving cultural institutions in a team that is formed locally or expanded by new people at the kick-off. All results of the hackathon – from source code to images – are made available to the public under free licenses (Open Source or Open Definition).

Project teams wishing to participate in the public competition of Coding da Vinci Süd and in the award ceremony on 18 May 2019 in the Tafelhalle of the KunstKulturQuartier Nuremberg must have registered by 13 May 2019 on the Coding da Vinci Hackdash established until then and meet the above criteria.
