Summary

The COVID-19 pandemic brought home the importance of developing and implementing an ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality and inclusive digital education.

This is a task for society as a whole, requiring the active involvement of governments, education and training institutions, the private sector and the general public.

This initiative aims to set out what needs to be done (in the form of investment and policy reforms) to ensure everyone has access to digital education.
