Roadshow “Industry meets IT”
We cordially invite you to the third stop of our roadshow “Industry meets IT – VR/AR applications for industry” on 26.03.2019.
Venue is the CINIQ Center/Smart Data Forum at the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute.
With the focus on Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), we will be investigating the questions:
What are the benefits of the technology for production?
Which applications are already being used successfully?
Dr. Oliver Schreer, Group Leader Immersive Media and Communication at Fraunhofer HHI will give the keynote lecture “Opportunities and Challenges of Virtual and Augmented Reality”.
Afterwards, you will get an insight into already applied VR/AR solutions, presented by industrial users and providers, in several short presentations.
