As an increasing number of museums, art galleries and other visitor attractions embrace immersive technology like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), there are still questions on exactly what impact these new technologies have. Start-up company Cuseum is aiming to answer these questions with the release of the results of its Museum Experience survey.
Cuseumsays it is interested in how technology impacts how museums and other cultural attractions engage with visitors, and has noted how the rise in immersive technology such as AR has changed the dynamic between the audience and the attractions.
