Early 2017 one of the oldest water driven power plant in austria updated their visitors tours with an augmented reality application which lets you see behind the walls and explains the technics of the electrical power production. Starting with an overview from an outdoor location you can get an overview of the powerplants main buildings and functions, while going inside you can experience the mighty kaplan -turbines in action and in addition inform yourself about the history of the region and the construction of austrias oldest powerplant on the danube.
