The mobile application “Roman Maastricht” was released in spring 2016 and features various 3d realtime technologies for mobile android and ios devices presenting the City of Maastricht in its heyday in the roman period. The famous Jupiter Sanctuary situated in the celler of the Derlon hotel was completely digitized and reconstructed and can now be visited virtually. Information about various finds and artefacts are delivered through audio, video and text. The Roman Maastricht App is available from Appstore or Google Playstore for free. Short Paper about the application development can be viewed here.
